Catcon A/S is an international company specialising in project planning, delivery and optimizing of flue gas purifying installations both at home and abroad for power stations, oil and gas sectors, and the shipping trade.
Catcon A/S develops, installs and sells the most effective flue gas purifying installations on the market for the reduction of NOx, CO, FA, smell and particles.
Our company is domiciled in Storvorde’s industrial park. Here we have our administration and workshop facilities for projecting, construction and service.
It is the objective of Catcon A/S to render our customers the best and most qualified service, and to be an active sparring partner.
Our vision is to be the leading supplier of flue gas purification equipment in Denmark and to be a major presence on the international market.
History
In 1999 the company Catcon ApS was founded by two engineers, Allan Jakobsen and Morten Krebs, who both had long experience in service, projecting and setting up gas and diesel engine plants both at home and abroad.
This was the beginning of a business company carrying on trade within energy, environment and service.
Since 1999 Catcon has been supplier of catalysts for the power plant and naval sectors.
In 2003 Catcon registered as a corporation and is today Catcon A/S. The staff was increased in connection with the undertaking of new activities within the biogas sector.
In 2006 Catcon A/S took over the shares in Industrivarme A/S, which is a supplier of overall solutions in plants for the energy sector.
Today, Catcon A/S specializes in activities within flue gas purification.
