See the light with FA and CO reduction Good news for CHP stations
Reduce the emission of environmentally damaging agents with an efficient flue gas purifying plant connected to the energy plant. With only a minor investment, you can comply with limits and norms for FA and CO and also achieve smell reduction

Flue gas purification
Catcon Power Solutions supplies flue gas purifying plants and we specialize in plants which reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), formaldehyde (FA), small, and particles for diesel and gas engines, turbines, boilers, and industrial plants.
Catalyst
The efficiency in the electricity production of the engine is not affected due to the low counterpressure of a combined FA and CO catalyst (Combicat). The highly efficient Combicat can replace the existing CO catalyst without increasing the counterpressure.

Facts about FA and CO
A method used for reduction of FA (formaldehyde) and CO (carbon monoxide) is a catalytic reduction by the aid of oxidation catalysts. These are applicable to gas and diesel engines such as in CHP stations.
The content of carbon monoxide (CO) and formaldehyde (FA) in the flue gasses from an engine or a turbine are sent through a catalyst, which transforms the noxious substances into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O).
