Clean fumes with NOx reduction Good news for boiler plants
Reduce the emission of environmentally damaging agents with an efficient flue gas purifying plant mounted on the boiler. With only a minor investment, you can reduce the discharge of NOx considerably and comply with limits and norms for NOx.

Flue gas purification
Catcon Power Solutions supplies flue gas purifying plants and we specialize in plants which reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), formaldehyde (FA), smell, and particles for diesel and gas engines, turbines, boilers, and industrial plants.
  Make money
Make a profit by converting into oil-burning and comply with limits and norms for NOx with a SNCR plant.

Facts about SNCR
SNCR (selective non catalytic reduction) is a method for reduction of NOx emissions. For this, urea is applied directly into the combustion chamber at temperatures of approx. 900–1100 °C.

The method is applicable in boilers which are stoked with Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO), diesel oil or biofuel.
Urea is added to the nitrogen oxides (NOx) of the flue gasses from an engine or a turbine. At high temperatures this causes a process which transforms the noxious substances into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O).
